I don't have access to another playstation portable with required firmware to create a Pandora battery, therfore i was wondering if purchasing an already made Pandora battery on ebay be okay? Do I need a psp with required firmware to make the memory stick or would it be okay to use the pc computer?

to make pandora you need to be on any custom firmware or official firmware 1.50...Why waste money when you can make one yourself and revert it to normal again...

You can use a Official firmware to make Magic memory stick.
Just to make it.
You cant make it off a PC. The program formats the psp memory card and recognizes its formation.
