What exactly do I need to do to back this up?? Is it a folder or just a few files???

Well I click on recovery menu advanced option and toggle flash0 and it shows flash0 on my computer.When computer opens flas0 I copy all files and folders from it to desktop.

Yeah, def. back them up! Sure fire way to permanently brick your PSP is replace your flash's and not have the originals backed up. One copy and paste will save you some heart pain
