Does anyone know what this psp slim faceplate kit include

does it include:
-front and back faceplate
-the complete button sets(including L and R buttons)
-a screwdriver

Looks to me like it's just the faceplate. Though I think I remember reading somewhere that decalgirl sends a screw driver too, but I'm not entirely sure.
