So I want to know how NOT to get banned, I've checked all my Xbox 360 backups on DVD Mulleter and they are all patched to the fullest, how likely am I to get banned playing these? Also, how else can I ensure my ability to play online in the future? (And please, don't give me any B.S. answers like "don't mod your xbox)

no, it has alyways been that way, i mean right now it seems to be safe, people have been playing for quite awhile. but there has never been a for sure way and the ban hammer could fall at any given time.
When using mulleter why is it that some backups created properly using retails have different outcomes using the CRC checker although stealth?
I have been looking back at some of my xtreme stealth backups and CRC tells me they are either invalid stealh files or can not be found it the database.
Is this usual? Assuming M$ could read the stealth files even stealth backups can lead to a ban.
Is the CRC check database maitained by users?
Been banned once, not been online with my new one and staying that way for now, see what happens in the fall dash update.
