I wrote a guide for installing WAD files on another forum, I wrote it with VC titles in mind but it works for all WADs.
Just in case I can't link to it, here's the guide:
Things needed:
Everything needed for the Twilight Hack set up
The WAD's you want to install (Duh)
This file: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=5E68IYKX It's a RAR with the folders set up as needed, and a homebrew loader set up to boot the WAD installer.
Put all the VC WAD's you want to install in the wad folder, put the contents of the SDroot folder into (Guess where?) the root of your SD card, and run the Twilight Hack with it. Once it boots to the loader, select the first box and press A to start the installer.
It's short, and outdated now that the Homebrew Channel's been released, but it's quick and gets the job done.
