my psp has the 3.71 m33 software, what is the latest upgrade?
in upgrading this do i have to do anything special to be able to continue to play iso and cso file games?

also the buttons on my psp slim are all out of wack and I am still within the 1 year warranty, how can I exchange this psp and put it back to normal with the software it came with?

latest upgrade ? Do you mean the latest custom firmware ? It's 4.01 M33.

Once, you upgrade to 4.01 M33, you can play iso and cso games like 3.71 M33. If something doesn't work, reply back and we will try to help

Try KeyCleaner first. If it doesn't work, then you have to make it a official firmware before you sent it to Sony

They also add the web search ... kinda useless, like searching in google

One of my buttons are sticky on my psp slim and I want to get an exchange. Should I contact Sony or the place I bought it. My 1 year is coming up in November this year.
