Can i use ntsc wads on pal?

So can i use ntsc vc wads on my pal wii? Obviously using HomeBrew channel, modded with Argon, Wii update v3.3

Yes u can install them and use the Menuloader or starfall to activate region free channels.

Update: I did use both methods and u can play out of region channels (wads)
