Hi I am new to this section. I realized that people flash their 360's to play backups. I also have seen modchips for the 360(the one I am really talking about is the XBox NME-360 2.0 Modchip). Based on your experience and the difficult level for someone who is new, Which method is the best? Thank You!!

Flashing is your best and only answer. I can flash a 360 in less than 5 minutes whereas modchip you would have to solder....

Agree, flashing would be a much easier task for someone who is new. Plus unless the modchip has firmware that can be upgraded you will not want to go that route.

I also agree, flashing is the best and only way to go. a mod chip is typically a waste of time and money.
