I recently got myself a slim, and my friend has kindly let me use his slim to make upms with; he has a fat battery as well. In the guides I've been reading, it says that no custom themes must be installed to run upms, he has the default Tasty Treat theme installed, wondering if that would cause any problems, or is there a way to remove it?

I'm not sure, he says it just came installed when he installed 3.90m33-3. He also said he didn't install any other theme on it after.

Go to the Theme settings on the XMB and see if you can turn it off.

I can turn it off by selecting a the original theme. But it's still there as an option. Is that alright?

yes, but to make sure, backup the theme into your PC. Then delete the theme from the memory stick. Remember to use the original theme.

Don't delete the theme in the flash 0 ! It will cause a brick. I meant the Theme settings in the XMB.

Don't use UPMS, use this
