I have checked my xbox 360 and the drive in it is flashable. However, before going ahead and flashing the drive, I just wated to check a couple of thigns:

1) All of the xbox 360 games I download will be scene releases. Are they safe to play online?
Is there something special that I have to look out for to make sure they are safe to play online, or are all backup games not safe to play online at all?

2) I have got quite a few original xbox 360 games (Halo 3, PGR, GTA, etc). Will I still be able to play these original games online no problem at all on a flashed console?
Or can they detect that my drive is flashed even though I am playing with an original game...

Thanks, I just had a read through the stikies. So playing backup games online is totally not recommended.

But didnt find an answer to if playing my original xbox games on my modded console is fine?

Also, is using XDVD Mulleter still required with iXtreme v1.4, as I have ehard that iXtreme v1.4 doesnt boot non-stealth games anyway?

origis. are just as risky to play on xbl, and what you said is correct 1.4 wont load an non-stealth game.
