legs cut wii - can I use wii-clip?

Basically since the leg is cut and my soldering skill is not that high, is there any clip or solderless chip that will enable me to use do modification without re-attach the leg? TIA.

If you use a Wii-Clip V3 with Wiikey then no it will not work.

However you could get the Wii-Clip V4C D2Pro9 wire and it would work (Uses different soldering points then Wiikey does).

D2Pro9 wire is a little more expensive but in my opinion would be better off then Wiikey anyway. As well if you ever have drive complications and send the Wii in for replacement Nintendo would more then likely replace the drive with a newer version and the D2Pro9 wire still should be compatible.

So I would order D2Pro9 V3 with V4C Wii-Clip pre-soldered for whatever chipset your Wii drive has.
