I just got a god of war edition psp. I want to hook it up. I've been reading about pandoras battery, and not so sure as to how to actually do it. I am currently deployed (I am in the Military) and its hard to get tools and stuff out here fast. So all I have is some basic tools, screwdriver, tape, and a computer. Is it possible for me to make a pandoras battery out of the slim battery I have, and the 2gb Magic Gate memory stick? Any help would be great. I just don't want to start this up and I mess it up and have no means of playing any more.

Considering your situation I imagine your not going to find anyone who has an already modified PSP with a custom firmware that they would lend you to modify your battery so.

My best advice to you would be wait off on the pandora battery. There is a method of hardware modification to the battery but it would risk killing the battery.

Note: chances are you will need a soldering iron, but some people have done it w/out a soldering iron

Ok thanks much for the link to the thread. Everything I read states that you have to have another PSP to be able to do Pandora's Battery, so is that link that you gave me good to do by myself or do I still need that other psp? Sorry I keep asking newbish questions. The PSP modding is alot different from XBox modding.

Once you have hard modded your battery and successfully made it a Pandora battery. You will NOT need another psp!!!!
All you need after the battery is made is to download this file:
http://rapidshare.com/files/51870543/Pandora_s_Box_GUI.rar.html

Then follow the instructions as it is a GUI installer via WindowsXP :( if you have windows Vista it wont work.
