Buy a pandora battery and magic memory stick online.
The only way to downgrade that firmware is to use pandora batt and mms.
What psp model do you have fat or slim?

you cannot downgrade any 4.00+ official slims. you will have to wait for a new universal unbricker.

Oh thats totally my bad. Thats true you can't downgrade or install cfw on new psp's with new fw. You prolly have the new psp mobo too! :(

my brand new PSP Slim (unmodded waiting for pandora battery) says:

System Software: Version 3.95

so I will be able to install custom FW right ?? god i hope so.

You have the new TA-088 cpu that is unhackable. Dark Alex has not come up with a update yet. You'll have to wait for now or return it for something else.
