Can pandora batt. be used as regular battery when UPMS is in?

I Just installed UPMS onto my memory stick and I noticed that if you power on the psp without holding the L trigger(While pandora batt is in), it will actually power onto the xmb menu. Does this mean that I can use my pandora battery as a regualar battery as long as this UPMS is in?
Also I used a 1 GIG memory stick, and still have about 720MB left on it, Can I use this ms as a regular play ms where I can play backups and roms even homebrew?

You can keep the Pandora Battery as is and use as normal as long as you install Boosters Boot Code onto the Memory Stick (this needs to be installed on all memory Sticks used with the PSP running a Pandora Battery).

Installing this will boot the PSP in normal mode or you can place your Magic Memory Stick in the PSP hold L and boot via Pandora Battery menu.

As to your second question. Yes if you have room on the MS you should be able to create the folder directories and play Games/Homebrew from the stick.
