Topware Interactive has announced they have won over £16,000 from a British woman who was accused of uploading and sharing a copy of Dream Pinball 3D on file-sharing networks.
Three other alleged uploaders are still awaiting damages hearings. Now backed by this one victory, the company says it will go after thousands of other British citizens that are accused of sharing the game.

I don't know about that. These record companies are slowing starting to chip away at this so call victory. And with it, they are starting to take our "internet freedoms and rights". We need to be careful, at least a little bit.
Also, the general consumer is the loser with all of the extra DRM and related products that now are created and added to devices and media.
