How do I permanently change the gameboot on a .ctf?

I can do it with my CLOAK theme , but I'm using Organ now and even though I flash my pmf file it keeps defaulting to Organs Psx/Psp gameboot?

it works on Cloak theme becuase it dosen't have it owns gameboot. The only way is to extract the ctf, put the gameboot and put back the ctf together

How exactly do I disect a .ctf and reassemble it?
