I want to know how to take some cutscenes from Naruto Ultimate ninja Heroes 2: The phantom fortress, and put them on my computer.

Find the video you want. They usually come in pmf files. After convert it.

As it turns out, i don't want to change my boot screen, i want to take the Cutscene from inside the game, not the loading or the boot.

That didnt help at all, Woe is me.
