error message after ixtreme flash

i recently purchased a stock Hitachi 47 drive, after some issues i was able to get the drive in mode b and windows picked it up, i flashed it with ixtreme 1.4

now when the drive is connected back to the 360 i turn it on i get an animated error screen reading

"please insert this disk into a Xbox 360 Console"

i have flashed Hitachi 47 drives before using the same process but have not received this error,

anybody any ideas?? anything is appreciated!

sounds like it was just a bad flash, try it again and see what happens.

well after restoring it i flashed it again at a different speed, it still reads an error message

--processes--
after flashing the drive i turn off the 360 and reconnect the SATA to the 360, i then power up the 360 put in an original game and receive the error

any ideas folks?
