Jp wii fully changed to Us wii?

I read in a gaming magazine and it said that a Jp wii can now be fully changed into a US wii and works just like Us wii is this true and how can I do it?

It is possible using a combination of two Waninkoko's appliactions:
- Firmware downgrader (first install a US version System).
- Region Changer (Second change the region of the console).
but It still a risky operation

I have a Wii that the region has been fully changed, from JPN to USA, current firmware is 3.3U, and I'm going to install TP hack, which file need to be copy to my Wii ? is it JPN or USA ? (My assumption is US)
