Phat Pandora battery on slim charge problem

Well here´s the story
about 4 month ago, i downgraded my psp phat,
and i was happy, i bought another battery
just in case something bad happened,
nothing did, and so i kept the pandora battery
after that, my psp phat was stolen at school.
Yesterday (22/08/08) i bought a psp slim for a
guy at school.
I tried using the pandora battery on the slim to charge it
but didn´t work, and i heard that the phat batteries work on slim
it just starts to blink orange, and if the sistem is on and pluged
well it stays green and blinks orange.
Can someone help me, or tell me what to do ^^¿?
i just ran out of ideas u_u
my psp slim just stays green with orange blinking when sistem on
in off, it just is blinking, it isn´t bricked, i have the battery
that came with the psp and isn´t bricked and i used that pandora
battery before.
Can someone help me ^^¿?

How new is the PSP? as the newer slims are pandora proof.
Phat baterries do workk in a slim, thats what i use.

Update the files on the memory stick to Despertar del Cementerio v7.

Well...
its a silver slim...
i don´t know how old it is
he gave it to me with the daxter pack
that comes with family guy.
and is there a way to make it non-pandora proof¿?
and yestrday also, i tried putting it and for a split second
it appeared the battery icon on the psp, and then it deseapered,
but i think it had something to do with the cut thing inside.

No, the battery and memory stick are seperate. The Pandora EEPROM code is stored on the battery, and updating the files on the memory card does not effect the battery in any way.

Never heard of that problem. Can it still be used as a Pandora battery?

The psp itself doesn´t have nothing,
the pandora battery was used to downgrade my
psp phat before it was stolen
even if something bad happened to the battery
it would neven blink orange right¿?

Well, I dont know. Maybe it's the powerboard glitching up.
Maybe just ignore it. If it still functions, then go with it.
