Could someone post a pic of what Cut legs and NON cut legs look like on a wii chipset?

I tried to install a wiikey with the V3 clip and its acting as if I did nothing as the confing discs wont load. I see ppl talking about "cut legs" and "non cut legs" on the chipset. Could someone post a pic of what these two look like so I can see if my wii's chipset legs are cut or not?

It's fairly obvious. On the large square IC some of the pins will be cut back to the ceramic packaging and not soldered to the PC board.
