verbatim DVD+R DL

I bought a pack of verbatim DVD+R DL and none of them want to take a good burn. I think it might be the DVD. I herd somewhere that it might be where the DVD are made. Mine are made in INDIA. Is this the ones that are bad. And answers would be great

Yeah the ones made in Singapore are what you want although some people have said that they've used the India one's. Are you burning at 2.4x?

i've got about 100 games on the India discs and about 75 on the Singapore ones, and have only had a few bad burns, due to a power outage, retarded room mates, and stupid vista BSOD on me.

never really looked at the verbatim disks ive ever used. Though i use clone CD and write at 4x. never had a bad burn yet. Think with assassins creed i had to open and close the tray a few times but that was the first time i ever played it on that console (others have also had this issue when booting for the first time). After then that game and all others have always booted first time/ stright away without any problems.

Is it just this pack which has caused problems? have you burnt 360 games before? I mean its not very often a whole pack of disks is bad.. at least not verbatim ones memorex maybe but not verbatim.

Like wabashman man said, id try burning at 2.4x.. if you have access to another computer or burner try burning on that as well, just to rule out the fact that its your drive :)

I havebackedup over 100 games already w/XBC and I ues the MAX SPEED,never had a problem. They burn and when it gets somewhere about 70% to 85% it freezes. I dont know why. Just try to adjust the speed. See if that works
