Can i stream Mpeg2 .TS files to my Ps3???

Hey Guys, id like to know whether or not its possible to stream .ts files (mpeg2) to the ps3?, i can copy the ts file onto the ps3 hdd and it works....is there anything i need to do in tsmuxer to make it stream?

No not tversity, im using twonky...it doesnt encode on the fly, just streams content....

i was told mpeg2 is streamable...
