Family Videos on Digital Camcorder to PS3?

Hey guys any help here would be greatly appreciated. I have a bunch of footage on tapes for the Dig Cam. How do you copy them to the ps3. Do you have to stream them to your PC then put on a USB Flash Card?

When you wrote "tape" do you mean like VHS-C? Mini DV? 8MM?? If so your going to have to convert them and transfer them onto your PC. I have a HDD based cam corder and because they are already in a format that the PS3 recognizes, I can stream them from the PC to the PS3 using TVersity.

They are a VhS-C. So I can just hook up my Dig to the pc through the Audio Video Cables? Then Download Orb or Tversity? Thanks How do you convert them for the PS3?

You need to capture/record/encode them onto your PC into a format like MPEG, AVI, WMV or similar first, then you can transfer OR stream them to your PS3.

I got the home videos on to my computer and they show up as iso files? How do I change these files to MPEG, AVI, WMV is my question. I am going to use orb to convert these to my ps3, but do I need a router with orb? I dont have wireless or a router. If I need a router what should I get. This is my last question and I will quit bothering you guys. Thanks
