In an update to our article on Sony Ericsson starting a DRM-free music store, the company has announced that they will be opening the store in four countries to start, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.

it can't possibly compete with itunes, this is another complete sony fail, do they think ppl will just forget about their last attempt which left customers with useless encrypted drm'ed files, and were told to purchase their entire collection again!
Lets see what the cost is as sony are a driving force behind the ACTA and DRM infrastructure to enable maximum profits per region, price fixing. as it's $0.99 in the USA so that = £0.54 = Euro 0.67.
