Ok I have heard alot about whats good whats bad. Still Confused.
I am useing dvdcopy express and am wondering what is better + or - also what is a good brand?

All depends on what your stand alone player will recognise. One is not better than the other, but DVD-R is currently more compatable. Look here to see what formats your DVD player will take.
