custom gh3 wont work on 3.1u

well i have gh3 custom rock band i downgraded to 2.1 and can play it all fine. but then when i want to play mario kart it tells me to run an update so i do and i get on 3.1u and i cant play gh3 custom anymore, i thought it was 3.3 that does this. The error tells me to eject and power off.. please help!

sorry to say that 3.0 firmware period doesn't work very well with modded game disks.


I would have stayed on 2.1 and use the update blocker on wii mario kart.
