I've just started to learn about this whole hacking the psp method and am pretty much done everything right. The first thing I did is put the custom firmware onto my psp using this Guide i found Here at afterdawn. After i finnished upgrading it to 4.01 M33-2 everything worked for psp iso's/cso's.
Then I downloaded AutoPopstation4 so I can put PS1 games on my PSP. I extracted it into a folder then put the game i downloaded from the internet into the same folder for AutoPopstation, I then started the AutoPopstation4.exe and started to put information about the game, but when i reached the last step of completing it gives me this , it seems like i have to get the files that were not found from somwere. I don't no were though. Since there was no solution I ignored the issue and put the .bin file into PSP/GAME on my PSP. I turned on my PSP and went to Game/Memory Stick and clicked on the PS1 game, everything was going fine until I reached the match and it Started to freeze after i pressed a button or hit someone in the match (Wrestling).
Does anybody have a solution to this problem. Thank you
Firstly the files not found dont matter those files are just the picture and video the psp shows when you select the game from your mem stick. so thats not the issue.
the most likely cause is you dont have a popsloader on your psp this allows to run psx games better. Look for a popsloader guide on this site.
im %99 sure thats your problem and if you do that and it still doesent work then just download the game from somewhere else.
it is posible the file is corrupted or broken or whatever.
ps. get a better psone game. im just saying. ever heard of metal gear solid? final fantasy 7? but obviously that is your choice.
Nope, I already downloaded Popsloader and still get freezes, and btw I hate WWE/WWF or any wrestling game there is except WWF Wrestlemania: The Arcade Game, which is the one I was trying to put on PSP.
lol, ya man am sure. I put the seplugins into the root of my psp, then exited usb mode, shutdown the PSP put it in recovery mode, then accessed plugins from the recovery menu. And enabled Popsloader.
