What's the best CFW to have as of now?

Hi, I've been out of the PSP scene for quite a while...and i was just wondering what was the best CFW to have right now...to put it better words....what is the latest CFW that's the most stable....i know 4.01 M33-2 is the latest but i want to know which one is the least buggy..!
And since i have this Magic Stick with about 5 or 6 different pandora apps....that i created with this PSP Pandora Deluxe v1.1....it would be really easy for me to change from 4.01 M33-2 which im currently running to the version y'all tell me is good....thanks :D

Least buggy? Probably still 4.01 M33, or if you are against M33, the 3.95 GEN still works, no bugs at all in my tests.

Lol i meant has no bugs...xD

Remember how 3.52 M33 and 3.71 M33 had updates such as M33-2,3,4....etc.

thats what i meant....and since 4.01 M33-2 is on its second update i was wondering if there were bugs that update....and if there were what other CFW would be the most table right now...but u say 4.01 M33 is fine...and nop i dont have anything against M33 ive been using it ever since 3.52 M33

and about 3.95 GEN....who created it...was it DAX?
