If you backed them up with DVD Shrink, they are in DVD format.
You either have a single file with the extension .ISO or saved as individual files to a folder 'VIDEO_TS'.

You can use AGK to convert the DVD files to AVI.
The main title is usually 'VTS_01', so open 'VTS_01_0.IFO' and select an output folder.
Choose a custom size for the output - depending on the quality you want.
For an hour of running time, 700mb is tolerable.
Then 'Add Job' and 'Start'
Note that neither the menu nor any extras will be saved.

If the DVD files are .ISO format, reopen them in DVD Shrink and 'Backup' to a folder on the hard drive - AGK will not open an ISO unless it's mounted on a virtual drive.

AGK makes two passes during the conversion, consequently it's best to let the PC run undisturbed overnight.

Xbox 360 should recognize a backup from dvd shrink.

What burn engine are you using?
What blank media you using?
What format is it? The MID code would be better if you can locate it with this free program:

I'd suspect that 360 may be a little picky, making this into a compatability issue.

Most culprits are:

1)Format of blank media-switch to opposite.
2)Burned too fast-burn half the rated speed of blank media
3)Burn engine being used.Try another
4)Crap Media: Make sure you are using some decent blank media.
