cfw 3.71using the universal unbricker v3

i tried doing the universal unbricker v3. i go to start.exe but i keep getting this error message that reads:

PSP IP MSL installer
Load IPL code f:/msipl.bin
641664 blocks bytes<59 blocks>readed
cannot open logical drive.
press any key to continue...


but can somebody help me with this. what am i suppose to do?
i have the pandora battery made already and this is the only thing holding me back. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!! this is frustrating.

re-download ALL the files that the guide says to.
By the way, if your using windows Vista, it might cause a problem...

no im using windows xp. and what do you mean reload the files? to the computer or to the psp? bcuz i followed what the instructions say to do. but i still cant get it.
