Xbox Fighting Stick Ex 2 work on PC?

Hi all, I love emulators on the PC. If I get the fighting stick ex2 for the xbox360, will it work on the PC directly out of the box?

Do I have to find drivers, or will it download drivers automatically?

I have a ps3, no xbox 360, but I figured there are no drivers for the ps3 version for PC, and I didn't want to spend more than 60 bucks for an arcade controller.

If you have this controller, let me know how easy it is to use on PC. Thanks!

I'm not sure about the fighting stick but I do know that you will be able to use a wired XBox 360 controll on your pc as there are drivers for it.
