I have a damaged xbox 360 console but the drive is working fine and flashed. My question is if i purchase a brand new xbox 360 and changed it dvd drive with the old one will it work?

yes it will work. as long as its not lite on drive on the new xbox 360 console. it will work. you also have to change the ciricit board inside yor xbox 360 with the new drive.

That's close.

Actually, you can put that flashed drive in any 360; even one which has the LiteOn. But it's not as simple as just installing the drive and playing. You need to get the dvd drive key from the drive being replaced, inject it in to spoofed firmware so the new 360 thinks the drive is the same model as what was originally in it, and then flash that spoofed firmware to the drive you are installing.
