My buddy wants to buy a used Wii off of eBay, or anywhere really, and I just wanted to know if there is a new model of Wii's out that aren't moddable? I know about the D2C's and I've modded them before, but are there any after that, that are not moddable?

Well the newest Wii chip sets are the D2Es. Those are now moddable with a Wasabi v.3 and D2Pro9 version D2E.

So no there is no un-moddable Wii out...yet.
