I have just downloaded a couple different homebrew apps. like a pda thing and media player, a couple homebrew games, and a n64 and nes emulator. I have not gotten any of them to work. Most of the readme files say to put certain folders in to the ms\psp\game game folder and there are two sets of files for either cfw 1.00 or 1.5. So i tied anyway and it didn't work. I saw that there was a folder on my mem stick under psp called game150 so i put the files in there and they still din't work. I then entered the recovery mode and saw that i could change the "kernel" to 1.5 from 3.71 so did that even though i don't know what that means and it didn't help either. Are there certain homebrew apps. that are made for cfw similiar to mine instead of the 1.5 cfw.

Yes I have a slim, sorry for not saying so. I was just trying to install some random homebrew programs that i was kind of browsing thorough to see if any of them were any good. One was like a pda emulator that had a calander, alarm clock, text editor, and things like that. Also i wanted a nes and snes emulator.

some of these applications need the 1.50 addon. You can try this

You may have got the older versions of the SNES emulator. Try this guide

Hey thanks. I found this program which you put in to the psp/game folder and then run the homebrew stuff that was originaly made for the fat on the slim through the program. Here is the link, http://www.noobz.eu/joomla/component/opt...tartdown/id,22/ . This is working for most of the stuff, not all.

Sorry for being dense. I read the very top of the post about the time machine which sounded slightly difficult, and i didn't continue to read the on to the section on the eLoader. I will pay more attention next time. Thanks.
