Stuck in Antarctica with a 510a and Princo Blanks

Hi there,

I'm currently in Antarctica with a Sony Dru-510a burner and 100 Princo blanks. I constantly get the power calibration error when ever I burn anything.

I had firmware v 1.0c and have upgraded to 1.0f and it has made no difference.

The primary software that I use is Nero 6.3.0.0

However I have tried several other programs with no luck..

Can anyone suggest a way to get around this problem...

I understand that changing media will fix the problem as I burnt a friends "laser" blank dvd-r without problems, however the next ship that is coming here won't be until December!
