Hey everyone,

I just got my Wii Modded the other day. I have been trying to figure out what DVD Drive I need and does it need special firmware or anything for it to work? I have read on posts on here about the LG and HL GDR-8162B as one of the burners to buy. Is there anyother things I need to get as well to copy everything. Maybe if you can point me to some directions on the step by step process of this as I am new to all of this.

Thanks, I came across those threads right after I posted and got caught up reading before I took the post down.

Have you had any success with certain DVD drives or would you recommend anything?

I use both the LG8162 and LG8164.

I got them before they were discontinued.
