can you enable wma without internet access?

I am trying to enable wma access on my psp, but I have no wireless access around where I live. Or anywhere I go. So is there a way that I can download something that can enable it? I also have original firmware version 4.05. Thanks!

the only way to enable it is if you have custom firmware.
otherwise, you'll need wifi.

like cee43ja1 said...on ur custom firmware go to recovery menu and in registry hacks ull be ablee to activate WMA and Flash

i dont beleive you can, but if all else fails just cruz around untill you find a unlocked wireless connction (liabrary, some restraunts, but the best place is a hotel/motel alot of them offe free wifi)

because he sai he has "ORIGINAL FIRMWARE" he dosenot have custom firmware, where in his wrighting does it say he has anything else... damn dont theise people read before they post
