I Had my wii open because a game got suck in my drive (dont know why) but i got the game out and started it up and everything work fine i went to turn it off and i counln't get my finger to press the power so i used a flatHead and i touched the top being careless and my wii shut off and wont turn on

i looked at the motherboad and no burn marks that i can see
Any ideas what exactly might of toasted and ideas to fix

Maybe the flathead who burnt the toast did more damage than he's admitting ??, ie did he put the burnt toast in the drive ??

Next time a game gets suck in your drive, unplug the unit,let it set for a while, replug it and it should work fine.
As far as the burnt toast, make sure to get all of the butter, jelly, or jam cleaned up from the circuit board and try to vacuum out the crumbs before you send it back for the warranty work.

Its chipped so no luck there

i think the switch is just burnt but i tried starting by putting a disc in and nothing happend, could a burnt switch cause it to no turn on at all

and my power adater only send 13.5 volts is that right

13.5 volts is okay, I take it you have a multimeter and know how to use one, try googling Wii electrical schematic and see if you can find a chart and check the test points to see if you can isolate the problem area, in my experience, switches don't short out that often from a screw driver touching a board, me thinks you burned out something else on the path that you shorted. Check all of the fuses and hope that you got lucky on this one.

Well i didn't touch the motherboard with the screwdrive i touched the top of the power switch when it shut off ->
