Need help unlocking my 9300 (b)

IMEI: 355378008063530
USA locked to cingular/att If it matters, the phone was purchased when it was still cingular.

Until a few minutes ago I couldn't figure out if it was unlocked or not.
But after a hard reset, all the cingular stuff is gone.

Too bad i didn't do my homework.
I wanted to update this phone to the new firmware, and the only way to do it, is to mail it in.
Damnit.

I just did right now.
I was sorting out a text message issue, that i though i caused by unlocking it and hard resetting the phone.

Turns out the morons at ATT accidently disabled my texting and internet plan as of 8:00pm last night.
