Ok well i just got a new burner (SH-S202J) so it could burn it in the dvd-rom book type and i burned a new game UT3 and it comes out as mixed media. When i set the write speed to 1 or 2x it still burns at 2.4x So my past backups have worked fine but UT3 has failed twice, and oh yea when i select the booktype it says Unknown (no query for current setting!). Any ideas i just bout the burner and i still want to be able to return it if its the thing thats failing, dowloading torrents for backups takes about 3 days for me (256k) and i really dont want to reburn an old backup to find if it still works because i have already wasted 2 on this game and to be honest ever time i waste a double layer i die a little inside.
