Hey i recently download some programs then when i try to open them it says "IpSharkk has encountered a problem and needs to close.We are sorry for the inconvenience." And also the send error report thing. I don't know if its the program (ipsharkk) but this is happening to most of my downloads... I think my windows installer might be messed or something If anyone knows how to fix this problem please reply! BTW: IF you know a good ip changer pleae tell me

Seriously, I have no idea why you would need a ip changer. I know that many websites stress security and anonymity, but an ip changer is just paranoia, unless you work for the government.

As for your problem, I don't suppose you tried uninstalling IpShark. That might help. If you don't wish to, try ending the ipshark process using task manager and see how it goes.

Also, does this happen to every program you open? Or only downloaded ones?

Yes i did try uninstalling the program but still same thing happened. And ipsharkk was just an example this happens with my other programs too...
