I got GTA vice city on my ps2 hard drive and when i got to the game the guy walking and running fast or faster than the cars on there. is there a way to fix that because i dont like it like this.

haven't heard of any problem like that. my hdd vice city is running perfectly.

rerip the game and reload it to the hdd.
