I have been having trouble burning games and them working. When I got it done he tried all the games on there to show me it worked. I was wondering what people suggest to do to burn the games. I have downloaded them off of bit torrents. I am using ImgBurn and loading the ISO and then burning at 2X. It keeps saying unable to read the disc. I am using Memorex DVD-R recordable dvds that are 16X, 4.7GB and 120 min. The first time i burned a game it read the disc but it was the pal game that said I needed to update the wii console which I did not do. I have not been able to get the wii to read the games I have burned. It reads the games I have already bought fine but not the burned games. What should I do? Also, my wii power light doesnt turn red when i power it off it turns yellow. Does that mean anything?

first off do not use memorex with a wii. it will never work. second try burning at 4x. You are using the right program to burn however (IMGburn). A lot of people like to use verbatim discs but Sony DVD+R Ver 1.3/1x - 16x. those work the very best for me, and i suggest you try them.

Thanks, went out and bought the Sony DVD+R and they work great now. Yeah I guess I didn't hear the guy who modded my Wii right when he talked about CDs, i thought he said you can get Memorex but maybe it wasn't but thanks again.
