hallo i am looking for a software to download youtube videos in
my pc and convert them to mp3 to listen them in my ipod too, can
you help me pls?

to download, theres a plugin in mozilla firefox called download helper. that works pretty well. as far as converting, theres a ton of programs with presets designed for ipods and stuff like that. if u go to download.com, and just search for flv converter, u should find one that works

I use one named SPAM and it works very well.
I suggest you use it,it can Download, Convert, Burn, Search, Manage, Repair and Play YouTube videos Capture RTMP Video Streams.
I alway use it to convert mp3 to my ipod
