I burned a US iso of Super Smash and when I put it my wii it required an update and then loaded super smash. When you hit start it says it detected an unauthorized device. The wii seems fine and plays the other games. Does anyone know about this and super smash?Any ideas. I have a wii 3.1U and don't know what chip is in it? thanks

You will need to find out what chip is inside you Wii so that you can properly update it. Ask the modder or open it up yourself.
