will xtreme firmware ban me from xbox live?

So i got me an xbox 360 and i wanna when i mod it with Xtreme Firmware will i get banned from live?

Xtreme firmware is old so you will get a much higher chance of being banned. What you want is the latest iXtreme.

Before you ask the latest iXtreme is 1.4.

if you do decide to go with the old extreme FW, just make sure that all of your games are iextreme compatible. this should help minimize your risk of being banned. if you have a sammy drive, and want to use extreme FW, then use the 5.3 so if you ever burn xbox1 games, you can put them on dvd-5's instead of dvd-9's.

use google to find the answer please, but basically, the new one doesnt allow non-stealth games to be booted and has some other features as well.

don't use xtreme, just use the newest ixtreme. I would only use the newest version.
