The iPhone Dev Team, the makers of the iPhone jailbreaking tool PwnageTool have announced that that the application now works with new iPhone firmware 2.1 and will work with iTunes 8 with no patches. The group did say however that the application had not been tested on the second generation iPod Touch but I don't see why it wouldn't work. That didn't take very long. Is there a way to update the firmware without loosing what's on my ipod??? And what's so cool about 2.1 any way???
