PSP Phat original firmware 1.50 - help with what next?

Hi Everyone,

I've been reading a whole lot about how to mod this psp I was given with the original 1.50 firmware. There is just so much information in different places regarding different methods and whatnot. I read about the magic memory stick, pandora batter (I actually bought one), custom firmware, etc..but can't seem to get definitely answers on how to mod this psp phat 1.50.

I was hoping someone can give a summary of what it is exactly that i need to do if I like to play all the psp backups as well as homebrew applications?

Do I need to go ahead and do the upgrades to 4.01 with the 1.50 flanker using magic memory stick and pandora? Or can I keep the 1.50 and just load the isos in and run an emulator? I assume the latter will not allow me to run the newer games.

ok you bought a pandora battery good you can just follow larry's tutorial now and it will get you exactly where you wanna be ...

it is the "summary" you are looking for... study it and follow it and wallah you have a modded PSP
