hey guys, i just bought a sony laptop 1080p full HD, and i downloaded this 720p entourage episode, but when i play it there is a crazy lag and it goes out of sync...anybody has a suggestion ?

also when i go on sites like youtube and play flash vids, when i full screen it, the screen goes half black half grey going diagonally, anybody has suggestion for that either ? i just bought it and its worth 1000$ anybody has any help for me thanks!
